Reservations
All reservations require a 20% deposit of the grand total of the order to secure the reservation. In the event of cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable and you will be issued a voucher that can be used for future reservations. If the weather is not favorable on the day of your reservation and you inform us that you wish to reschedule your event 24 hours prior to the event start time, we can reschedule your reservation at no cost or penalty. Once the unit is installed, we will not be able to provide any refunds for inclement weather. If there are threatening or approaching weather conditions, such as high winds or storms, we will not deliver or install the unit.
Installation
Most bounce houses require a minimum space of 15 x 15 square feet and a height of 16 feet. There must be a household electrical outlet within 100 feet of the unit’s location. If electricity is not available, a generator can be used for an additional rental fee.
Payment:
All payments must be made at the time of setup.
